Success!!!  Wow!  I’ll never take that lock for granted again!  I really appreciate your efforts to help solve this problem. You have been great!   Each of the guys who came out was great, but the customer service you provided through your email communication was superb (and sadly rare these days)!  I appreciate you caring from the beginning and that really made the difference.
